The all-important after care is something we pride ourselves on. We are not only here to provide you with the right used equipment for the job, we can also help with providing you with a service support package tailored to your needs and requirements.


With this “pay as you go” contract, we liaise with you to arrange a convenient time for us to service your fleet. We will provide expert advice and agree a preventative maintenance schedule for each item of equipment. We proactively plan these services throughout the year to ensure your fleet keeps moving. The added benefit of the agreement is to allow you the flexibility of reviewing the agreement at any time with no extra costs.

All in Maintenance

Transfer the responsibility to Briggs with fixed price maintenance. With All in Maintenance (AIM) we take full responsibility of scheduling and planning your servicing schedule and repairs for each piece of equipment at a set monthly rate. This ensures that all legal obligations are adhered to and your equipment is operating safely for maximum productivity.

Parts and Service Support

There is no contract, just straight forward support. If you need assistance from time to time with a part or service repair, then Briggs can help!

We manage our service and commercial operations from our National Service Centre in Cannock, Staffordshire, with regional depots across the UK. With helpful, knowledgeable people, we give you outstanding levels of customer service and can offer a full range of parts and services.
